HOLO!
I’m a Peruvian illustrator who loves bringing joy to the page with vibrant colors, playful imagery, and charming details. Flowers, cute characters, and uplifting stories often find their way into my work, creating illustrations that are meant to brighten hearts and spark smiles. I hold an MDes in Comics from the University of Dundee and an MFA in Illustration from SCAD in Georgia, USA, which have shaped both my artistic voice and technical skills.
Inspired by the traditions, textures, and colors of my homeland, I often weave elements of Peruvian culture into my work, little patterns, palettes, and symbols that tell stories of joy and wonder. My Catholic faith also gently shines through, appearing in subtle details that reflect hope, grace, and beauty.
Now based in the USA, I work as a freelance illustrator, dedicated to creating art that uplifts, inspires, and brings a touch of happiness to everyday life. You can find more of my happy creations on Instagram @holochumpi.
